Hi a,

I hate taking pills, especially those caps.

The l-glutamine I take comes in a 500 gram tub of powdered l-glutamine,

costs about $30.00, and lasts a long time (2 - 3 months depending upon how

much I take).

I just started buying products from http://www.vitaglo.com/ . Their prices

are very good, and shipping is free for orders over $20.00. Their

l-Glutamine, for one POUND is about $27.00. I have not ordered the

l-glutamine from them yet, but their other products are great.

It comes with a little scoop to measure the servings. I just pop it in my

mouth and let it dissolve as I really like the taste of it.

Good luck to you,

Kat
