April,

You are correct that there is a higher incidence of diabetes (type II)

in people with HCV. There are quite a few disorders that have been

associated with this disease. Why don't you go ahead and get an appt. with

you PCP, tell him/her what all is going on. All this worry isn't good for

you.

Hi Gracie this is for you and Jessie I am not on

treatment Have not had my first meeting with the

Hepotologist That happens in May. I was wondering if

it was symptoms related to the hep or is there

something else going on I don't know about as far as

the swelling and other things I listed.

This part is for anyone who has this or info on it...

Now I have found an article on another health site

that states HCV can lead to higher instances of

diabetes and this really worries me because I have a

few of the symptoms listed for diabetes Has anyone

else heard this or experianced it Iwould love to talk

to them Thank you, April
