Guest guest
Hi , My neck doesn't hurt as much either, now. But it is very stiff from arthritis in all the joint spaces of my cervical vertebra. If I keep my neck in one position for a long time or overuse my arms, it does get sore. The soreness is at the sides and a little in the back and also I get a headache. But that goes away if I lie down and rest my neck for a while. I've improved my posture--concentrating on keeping the middle of my back straight and my shoulder blades together in the back. I was always hunched over before. Good posture seems to make all the difference for me. Even my lower back is better. Rochelle > > My neck doesnt hurt!!!can you guys believe that? my face hurts instead, > from my neck.
