I have a question about liver dialysis...

I understand that patients who are experiencing liver failure or malfunction

can currently get a liver dialysis while they wait for a liver transplant,

but can a liver dialysis be used to attempt to rid the liver of HCV or

improve liver function destroyed by HCV?
