Guest guest
Hi Liz Hazel has had routine blood work done once a month for three months and each time the blood sugar was too high. Her doctor told her straight out. She had the extra blood work today, spending all day in Medicine Hat. Thanks all for your prayers. +Dave --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
Hi Dave, thank God you have a conscientious Doctor who took regular readings instead of letting a high-normal slide. Tell Hazel we are all praying for her. My Dad is getting out of the hospital today, so thanks to all who prayed for him. As an aside, my blood pressure was normal for decades. My GP took a reading that was high normal, and had me come back for regular readings. Despite the BP lowering diet and regular exercise, my blood pressure continued to climb. Finally it reached what he called the " third tier " and read me the riot act, I could not put off taking blood pressure medication any longer. I've been doing some reading since then and I thank God that I have a Doctor who actually cares.

Guest guest
Hi Janet, that is a nasty infection I will certainly pray for your boss, Wally Chan. May God use his healing power to cure him of this awful disease and may God give Wally strength to endure and give his family and friends peace and comfort during this time. May God also give the Doctors wisdom how to treat the infection and may God bless their efforts with success. May Wally return to full health and strength soon. In name of Jesus we ask all these things.
Guest guest
Matt you remind me again of how special this group is... we can just pray for each other right here online... That is so great and so special... I can just picture you on your knees saying those words and we grouped in a circle around those who are in pain or are sad and have asked for prayer.. Thanks for being you, Matt.. and everyone else who makes this group so special... Guest guest
I agree, Liz. I love Matt's prayers too. My boss is still in the hospital but I think the antibiotics are working. They're saying he contracted the infection from a dental procedure. Yikes. He had convulsions after an echocardiogram that included endoscopy, where they put a tube down your throat to look at the heart. I forget why they sometimes have to do it that way. Anyway, that procedure sent him into convulsions, so they're keeping him in the hospital and running more tests. Thank you everyone for your prayers and kind words. I really believe prayer helps. Guest guest
Oh I pray for the family to find the love of Jesus in their hearts to reach out to them in such a terrible time I pray for peace and the family to hold together the strength they have to move forward . Amen R Prayer request Hi friends. I would like to request a special prayer on behalf of a family we know here. Their names are The Sepiches. They have a daughter a little younger than our youngest daughter probably 21 or so and she was found yesterday in a dump in Las Cruces NM and had been raped and murderd. They think she was strangled and possibly shot. They found her totally nude in the dump. Needless to say the family is going nuts and could really use any prayers they could get. Thank you, Love,
Guest guest
Thank you R. I found out this morning that Dave, s father, was on his way to Las Cruces when he got the call that she was missing. On the way, they got the call that some target shooters found her body at the shooting range/dump. Whoever did the killing tried to burn her body but were unsuccessful. Her dad had to identify her and went to pick her up and hold her but they had to stop him because of the dna evidence. My little daughter called me this morning and she didn't sleep at all last night and was in pretty bad shape this morning. It has really rocked our little town where everybody knows everybody and we are all feeling the pain of Dave and Jayanne. The body has been sent to Albuquerque for an autopsy so we don't know yet when the funeral is. Thank you so much for your prayers it really means alot. And like you I pray that The Lord will comfort them and ease their pain. I also pray it will bring them closer to the Lord. Love, Prayer request Hi friends. Guest guest
, This is a nightmare that we all hope never happens to us or our family. I can only imagine the pain and suffering that is going on. I feel so inept to offer any comfort but will readily agree in prayer for the family as has been posted here. Guest guest
Thank you Virginia, prayers are the best thing we all can do right now. They are the one thing that can help them through this tragedy, and who knows what blessings can come out of this though it is hard to see at this time. thank you dear one, Love, Prayer request > > > Hi friends. > > I would like to request a special prayer on behalf of a family we know here. Guest guest
Hello to All, My name is Carole Ann and I have been part of this list for a few months now. I have never properly introduced myself though. I am a single mom. I have two married daughters and one ten year old son that lives with me. I am a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed Nov. 98 and have had eight surgeries since including a mastectomy and chemotherepy . I have been cancer free for almost four and a half years now, although my last surgery just a little over a year ago. The reason for a need of prayers is because recently another mass has been found and tomorrow morning, I will be having surgery to remove it. If found malignant, my other breast will be removed and what ever treatment necessary to follow. I started making candles a little over a year ago and sold them for Cancer fundraisers. I just recently made plans to do craft shows and now that several are scheduled, my health went south. I would very much appreciate any prayers from those of you that know the power of prayer. I have learned so much from all of you and I enjoy this group so very much. Thank you for your time and forgive me for writing so much off the subject of our products. God Bless You All, Carole Ann Light Seekers Candles, Watauga, Texas

Guest guest
Will keep you in prayer. I think that this may be common as my mom and my aunt are both breast cancer survivors and both had second tumors in the other breast that were benign. That sounds like a chrushing and twisting type break How old is she? You will be in our prayers lucinda Prayer Request Good Morning, I received a call yesterday from an unknown lady that my daughter ** had broken her leg and the ambulance was there to pick her up...the phone was choppy so I couldn't hear that well. I beat the ambulance to the hospital thinking they would cast her up and I could take her home last night...well to my surprise she had to have emergency surgery last night. I never seen anything like this...From about 7-9 " below her knee she almost snapped both bones in half she had 9 fractures and a compound. It was pretty scary seeing a bone sticking outta her leg and the way her leg was bent...they had to put a plate in it, screws, pins...etc...Last I seen her in recovery, she was waking up and doing ok from the surgery. Her father stayed the night with her...I'm on my way to be w/her today...she will get to come home on Saturday or Sunday...So I probably

I agree. She was very lucky. A friend's cousin died this way when I was in high school. Almost identical circumstances. I hope the leg heals well and she is able to do the things she is used to doing eventually. CJ
