ILL THREAT BY ATTACK MUM

A mother-of-three attacked two women in their homes, a court heard.

Fay Gallagher forced her way into ' home on November 25,

kicking, punching and screaming abuse.

The 36-year-old admitted assaulting Ms , and Donna Wood at her home on

December 2.

Nottingham Magistrates Court was told the defendant shouted: " I'm going to

kill you, " as she pushed Ms Woods over and kicked her. Gallagher, of

Eastwold, Cotgrave, also admitted criminal damage to Ms Wood's front door.

Simon Chaplin, defending, said Ms and Ms Wood used to work for

Moran and had lost their jobs when the defendant started working for him.

Gallagher, who had family problems and had been taking antidepressants, had

been upset at false allegations about her relationship with Mr Moran.

" These were two very nasty attacks, " said District Judge Bruce ,

sentencing Gallagher to a 12-month community rehabilitation order and 100

hours community service.

He warned Gallagher she would go to prison if she broke the order.

Gallagher ordered to pay £75 compensation to Ms and £125 to Ms Wood.
