Guest guest
There are 2 Joyces so I will be Joyce (M-M). O.K,other Joyce? ,I am so sorry about your cat. We have always had dogs,at least 2 at a time, now 3. My children, when they were young, asked why their lives were so short. It broke their hearts (and mine) every time we lost one. I really had to think on that one and finally decided it ws because we always had another one to choose and love. When I think of them all and their personalities, and quirks and all they have given us, it overwhelms me. And as more time goes by,it doesn't hurt quite so much and each keeps their own little space in my heart. As far as shortness of breath, with me it has been an indicator of anemia, each time ! I just had it happen again.I've been on iron for a couple weeks and my breathing is better already. You might also have them check your hemoglobin. Mine had dropped to 7.7 and my blood pressure to 90 over 45. Anemia is common with this disease. I hadn't been eating wel since May when my mom died. The doctor put me on prenatal vitamins and extra iron. His nurse, whose brother is an Ob-Gyn, said to eat at least 2 bowls of the cereal Total a day. She said you absorb more of the good stuff when you eat it. Some obscure study,I suppose.. Can't hurt to try. All of you pet owners give yours a little extra attention today. Here I am,musing about my dogs and that never ending cycle of death and birth. I miss all my guys but I look forward to new ones to love. Joyce M.M. not the candy.Unlike the whole bunch of you, I am not a chocolate freak. Give me anything salty.
