Guest guest
THAT sounds good! I love pineapple. Did you try the apple/carrot juice yet? That is a yummy one! What you said about grabbing a snack easily, is important to me. A lot of times I won't eat, if I have to spend time standing in the kitchen to fix it. Needless to say, my weight is under 100 lb. because of this. But I am working on that. In all the years I have been on Prednisone, you'd think I'd weight more. I have been on Prednisone since about the beginning, and I am on my 19th year of RA. I am currently at 10 MG Prednisone. Oh, and over the last 2 months I have successfully lowered my Amitriptyline from 50 MG down to 30 MG. In another week or so, I will go down to 25 MG. Take Care, a! Guest guest
Rainy Sue, I haven't mad it to the store to get apples, so I haven' tried it. It sounds really good, so I will definitely try it! Another very good one that I keep in my fridge is Italian green beans. You steam green beans, fresh or frozen, and then put them in a container and pour some Good Seasons Italian dressing on them. I make a big batch and they keep for a week in the fridge and are good cold or hot. I'm always looking for these kinds of things too. That's why I am the soup queen. I make big pots of soup and it lasts all week and is so good for you. I could live on soup and salad. Congratulations on lowered the Amitriptyline! a ----- Original Message ----- From: <Rysu19@...> < egroups> Sent: Wednesday, November 22, 2000 2:04 AM Subject: [ ] a ~ Re: Pineapple Perks - RealAge Tip of the Day > THAT sounds good!
