Guest guest
Hello , I've never used any of the antidepressants, so I can't give you any firsthand experience. All I have are the accounts of others. However, I would NEVER encourage anyone to begin using ANY of the antidepressants. Rather, what I do is try to help them understand the underlying causes that have led to their present state of unwellness. These drugs - at best, only serve to mask the problem. They are never a cure, and for many people - they cause many more problems. Please read the drug label insert that comes with your prescription. Or pick up any poplular magazine on the store shelf and look for a Zoloft (sertraline) ad. The advertisements list the side effects - which can include a host of adverse effects. If you'll send your email address to me at israelswarrior@..., and put " Cassie - please send me info on Zoloft " - I'll send you several files from my library. You can also do a google search and use " zoloft + lawsuit " as the search terms - that should yield some personal accounts from people who are suing the drug manufacturer after they experienced some of the negative effects. If you're thinking about withdrawing from it, make sure you are well informed on how to do this safely. You can also use the search feature within this group - and use " Zoloft " as the search term. This group has existed for almost a decade and is a treasure trove of info - you just have to spend some time going through all the old messages that have some really great info. Best to you, Cassie PS.... Does this group allow attachments - .pdf files and such? > > > Hello, I've been on zoloft for over ten years. I was wondering if anyone could tell me their symptoms that they attribute to long term ssri use. Thank you. in PA >
