Guest guest
I have been taking zoloft for five years. I have tried to wein myself off of them several times. I recently cut myself from 100mg to 50mg. Then I was having some very stressful things happening in my life so I went back to 100 mg. I've been out of medication for three days...I was going to quit cold turkey but I've been having some pretty scary withdrawel symtoms so I made an appointment to get my refills today. I really don't want to take this drug anymore. I have been researching it and I have had some symtoms that I think might have resulted from this drug. I am really scared to quit taking it but I'm scared to keep taking it also. What should I do? Why does a doctor keep someone on a drug like this for 5 years? I am at my witts end with this and would appreciate any advice. Tammy
