NEW YORK, April 10 (UPI) -- A New York actress is suing drug

giant Eli Lilly for allegedly using her image in an ad for the

antidepressant Prozac without her permission.

Gwendolyn Bucci, 55, alleges Eli Lilly slapped her face on a

television commercial for "Prozac Nation" earlier this year

despite the fact she doesn't take the medication.

Bucci also contended Lily never paid her and refused to pull

the ad, the New York Post said Sunday.

Bucci is seeking $450,000 in damages.

Lily had no immediate comment on the lawsuit, which was filed

last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.
