Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for the title of that book. I shall certainly look into it. Unfortunately, my menopause is not a slow and natural progression. I had a hysterectomy with removal of ovaries and to be very honest. I needed to put the brakes on by using some of the estrogen they had available. However, it is bio-identical. Thank heavens. I'd like to read the book anyway just to get an idea of what I'll be looking forward to when I start to wean from the medication. I hear so many women are doing it. And it sounds very, very difficult since we both know how menopause can affect our lives greatly. I am in the midst of reading a book called " screaming to be heard " by Dr. Vliet. It's really excellent. It's a must read for every woman in my opinion. I'm still going to look into the book you've so kindly recommended. Much thanks to you!! :-) Hugs, Nuala
