Forest Pharmaceuticals is accused of failing to warn the nurse practitioner

that Lexapro could enhance the risk of suicide in teenage patients, and that

April's worsening symptoms were caused at least in part by the drug. The nurse

practitioner is accused of failing to take appropriate action to protect the

teen.
