Guest guest
Hi Jim addled here means confused by too much drink but on a serious note ............from reports given to me by clients dumped by Hugh the problem here is with the way the case was brought, hence the ability of GSK to defend. Harvey had set a course to prove that Seroxat was the worst ssri & in the end epidemiological studies by the courts expert witness showed it was not Counsel's advice then in the face of the evidence was that the case could not be won. So Harvey withdrew. A couple of the litigants are trying to battle on & revive legal aid funding but at present the have no solicitor. Expert opinion also points out that the case should not have been brought against GSK in isolation & that victims might have been better served by bringing a judicial review. The evidence shows that there is a class wide problem with SSRI ...........which is something SSRI Crusaders has said since Oct 2, 2001 > >> >> > Addleshaw Goddard LLPThis group has made a name for itself > > representing healthcare clients, particularly pharmaceutical > > manufacturers and medical device companies.
