The Deterrent Function Of The Justice System Defeated

Investigative Journalist Pringle and many other investigative reporters

are telling it like it is:

" A publicly maintained

legal system ought not protect those who engage in misconduct, conceal

the cause of injury from the victims, or render potential victims

vulnerable.

Moreover, such secrecy defeats the deterrent function of the justice

system. "

This statement should apply to every court, especially the guardianship

robberies of rights, mental and physical well beings, liberties, properties.

Victims of guardianships, from states through out the U.S., are exposing the

predators who have turned a guardianship system (which was to assist vulnerable

citizens) into a vehicle for the marketing, exploitation, harms and killing from

the drugging with TMAPS drugs, isolation and abuses in nursing homes, and

slaying of our most vulnerable and their caring family members.

Reading Pringle's articles, and the articles of other investigative

journalists, about what's still being battled out; and my personal experience of

how my mother (a victim of nursing homes, pharma, Hood County guardianship

abuse, and government over sight agencies who are so kind and gentle to the

industries which pad politicians pockets (as evidenced with the indictment of

Mariner for illegal campaign contributions to the Republican Party) that they

turn their backs and even contribute to the dastardly crimes by cover-ups and

dastardly retaliation against anyone who dares to notice and complain. Remember,

the common factor between 3 nursing homes that tortured Mom emotionally and

drugged her to death with TMAPS drugs (Zyprexia, Seroquel, and Risperidal) was

that the second nursing home was owned by Living Centers Of Texas (also known as

Mariner) who also owned the pharmaceutical company that monitored and helped

prescribe drugs at it's own and all area nursing homes (including the 2 Granbury

nursing homes). The doctors who ignored the obvious harms the drugs did to Mom

and others also happened to be Medical Directors of the nursing homes. My

videos, state reports, and witnesses confirm that these so called doctors knew

the harms they were doing to Mom, thus they should be prosecuted and forever

banned from their abusive treatments of others. In fact, they should be charged

with homicide.

Secrecy is not the only weapon that is being utilized against victims.

Deliberate, pre-meditated conspiracies to lie, and to cover-up for the abusers;

the thieves, and elderly predators (predators who are operating within the legal

and protective services) instead of protecting the victim. Sadly, Senator

Grassley's report that the over-sight agencies were too influenced by the very

industries that they are assigned to police, came too late for Mom, me, and

others. I had to find out the hard way.

No citizen should suffer from the tortures, killings, and frauds which Mom,

thousands of elderly, children, I or anyone who dare to complain have been

subjected to. It's past time for much needed changes and true protections. It's

past time to put these criminals like Maurice Walton (Hood County Guradianship

appointed Attorney AdLitem, who , Dr. Boucher (Medical Director of Living

Centers Of Texas, also known as Mariner, who knew of the harms that the drugs

did to Mom, yet turned his back and became a part of the arena of deceit in Hood

County Guardianship Court) in prison and prevent them from victimizing, killing,

harming, and robbing other vulnerable citizens.

There have been many discoveries of why my mother was tortured and robbed of her

rights, health, and estate, why she and I suffered from retaliate lies, why

Medicaid/Medicare was also robbed, and what the incentives were to those who

committed the crimes against us and others. Anyone who knows the facts and takes

no actions is as guilty of the same dastardly crimes as those who committed

them. I have sent hard evidence for years and to date the criminals have not

been held accountable. After learning how guradianship victims property is being

stolen by " the good old boys " , you know, Judges, Mayors, Conservators, Public

and Private Guardians, it is past time for much needed scrutiny. It is too

obvious that properties acquired by public officials need to be monitored. Where

does Granbury Mayor and other officials get their properties? What prices are

being paid to the guardianship wards? How much profits are being made by the

public officials? How many cases (like my mothers) have had the AdLitem creating

an arena of deceit, in order to eat up every last dime, and what AdLitem thinks

it's acceptable for their ward to be neglected, over-drugged, and robbed of

their basic rights? I still have reports. I still have court transcript, I still

have witnesses, and I still will fight to my grave to see that these elderly

predators are held accountable. It is past time to take action. My mother is not

Hood County's and Maurice Walton's only victim? Hood County Is not the only

Texas County that is not using the guardianship proceedings as the Legislature

intended, to protect the ward's health, rights, and property. Release of my book

" Retirement Community or Senior Trap? " will awaken many " baby boomers " , who are

expected to demand honesty, justice, care, and accountability from those who are

elected, appointed, or paid to serve and protect. Which elected official or

protective agent wants to prove to the public that they are worthy of the trust

that all Americans should have?

So far, the local District Attorney, Texas Attorney General, and the Texas

A.G.'s MEFU has taken no action, after years of my complaints and providing the

ongoing discoveries, which are evidence, of these atrocious crimes. So far,

Senator Kip Averitt and Representative Keffer has done nothing to assist in

holding these predators of vulnerable citizens accountable. When will they show

me and our citizens that we all deserve a safe place in which to grow old and

take the long over due actions to make sure the over-sight agencies, the police,

the District Attorneys, The A.G, the O.I.G., and the MEFU take the long overdue

actions against these criminals.

I have provided the evidence of the crimes since 2001, and the discoveries of

why the crimes against Mom and others were committed. I have asked for a meeting

with the Texas Attorney General, who apparently (per his statement to the Star

Telegram, as he joined in ' lawsuit about the TMAPS deal " the state

was conned by the pharmaceutical companies " ) has failed to recognize that the

state's protective agencies (just like those in other states, like Pennsylvania)

are reportedly engaging in and allowing the crimes to continue just because

" pharmaceutical companies write big checks to both parties and because the

greedy nursing home owners are also writing big checks to the same politicians

through groups like " The Alliance For Quality Nursing Home Care " . You know about

" The Alliance For Quality Nursing Home Care " which was indicted for illegal

campaign contributions to the Republican Party, and that these big checks were

written during the time that Mom and I were being cruelly subjected the

tortures, retaliation, and frauds that these predators induce to victims and

anyone who dares to notice and complain.

Again, and again, Citizens have the right and duty to demand justice, care, and

accountability from those who are elected, appointed, or paid to serve and

protect. Again, and again, I continue to do just that.
