My first response is that FOI documents are either

there or not.

With FOI requests you can sometimes get further with

the type of thing requested, the way you request it etc.

I have had way more success if I don't seem concerned

about the request, almost bored. but I also try to get the

documents without explicitely announcing my intentions.

I have learned this the hard way, let me tell you.

What concerns me Jim is the " vexatious " wasting of

time....................the regulator is supposed to be there for the

protection of all & in our case that means proper regulation of all

psychotropic drugs. Not just one that suits the needs of litigation

lawyers at this particular moment in time.
