MURDERER Colin Dorey, who battered his wife to death with a hammer, is suing

pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoKline over his use of the anti-depressant

Seroxat.

From his cell at Gartree Prison in Leicestershire, the 48-year-old chef - jailed

in 2002 for murdering his wife , 37, at their Suffolk home - has joined

nearly 500 other users of the drug in a GBP30million lawsuit against the

multi-national, each seeking compensation of up to GBP50,000.

Their case, funded by legal aid, is expected to cost the taxpayer hundreds of

thousands of pounds.
