I bought an adult small leather jacket at a local sale, and took it to a

leather cleaning place here in Portland and had the sleeves altered. They

did a good job. One might check a few leather garment cleaning operations

in their area; if they don't also do alterations, they will certainly be

able to refer you to someone who does.
