Very large trash cans

Where I now live, the city provides very large, wheeled trash cans that we

are supposed to place near the street on trash day. I can handle it, but I

wondered what a city is expected to do if someone could not handle it - does

ADA require them to make other arrangements?

By the way, I am just waiting for the neighborhood to start buzzing about the

magical trash can that places itself on the curb - because if they looked out

from across the street, they would only see the trash can. :-)
