May be a silly question....

This may be a really silly question, but has anyone had any problems with

hernias? My 10 month old son (achon.) has had a hernia for about 4 months

now, and his previous pediatrician said that we shouldn't worry about it

unless it is still there by the time he turns three. But, I just went to

the hernia site online (can you believe there actually is such a thing?) and

it said that it won't get better on its own. I haven't had a chance to ask

his new dr yet, but I am going to on Wed. I was just wondering if anyone

had any insight. Also, just in case they were to have to do surgery, does

anyone have any of the stuff on anesthesia for dwarfs? I tried to find it

online and couldn't. Well, thanks bunches for just reading this.

My friend's grandson (soon to be her adopted son) had a hernia. The doctors

ended up doing a day surgery on him...Boy did he get spoiled. :-) It's not

a big deal....but she worried all the same.
