Hello Everyone from Downunder..

Greetings all this is my first time here and the information is so

intresting.. I'm a 24/m Achon from Auckland, New Zealand, I work as

a nursery manger growing cacti and succulents. I also work with kids

with cancer too.. I would just like to say Hello to everyone..

One Question I need help to answer my job invovle's alot of lifting of

heavy plants plus 40 little boxes of wet potting mix.. Is that to heavy

for a Achon to lift.. My lower back is causing me problems and sometimes

I get sharp pains in my legs... I'm abit worried.. Could anyone out

there help.. I be very greatful..
