gf flour mix for some white chocolate cookies and they turned out great so

figure I would share the flour mix which I used in place of the wheat flour in

the recipe:

1/4c almond or coconut flour ( i use coconut)

1/3c white rice flour (ran out so use my life taste food again flour)

1/3c qunioa or millet flour

3T tapioca

1T ground flax seeds (used an alternative since cant do flax)

Thanks for the new recipe. I’ve been using something similar with

the standard mix of rice flour, tapioca flour and potato starch and mixing in ground

almond and flax seed (about 1/3 of the mixture). It makes a hearty pancake/waffle.
