Ranting and being supportive!

Since we ALL know:

1) what it feels like to get frustrated when people do not understand that we

have to be totally gluten-free or we will get sick; 2) what it feels like to be

constantly denied delicious-looking food at parties and restaurants; 3) what it

feels like to get deathly sick from eating something we thought " for sure " was

safe after asking 100 questions; 4) what it feels like to spend an unearthly

amount of money just to buy decent gluten-free food – gosh I could go on and on

– let's make a pact!!

If we post something while we are frustrated, let's just say the word " Rant " in

the posting. I would think that all of us are rational people and understand

that's just what it is – a rant – so eloquently described by Lillyth in her

email. Since we are here to support each other and have felt the frustration

that is being described in the " Rant " so many times, I would say " hands off "

responding to the person who is ranting unless you are being supportive. I

would LOVE to belong to a group like that! Please?
