Just an FYI to the group, we are looking into offering private allergy-friendly

baking classes (including gluten-free) in the San area. A typical private

lesson would be roughly 3 hours long including cooking time, and it would take

place in your own kitchen with your own equipment so you would be able to

duplicate the recipes in the future.

The cost would be a flat $75/hour including ingredients, and you can invite up

to 3 additional people if you'd prefer a group lesson, there's no additional

charge for this. If you're interested, please let me know and I will have our

professionally-trained pastry chef Macdessi contact you to put together a

personalized curriculum tailored to your specific dietary requirements.

This is a new service we're offering so we'd welcome any feedback from the

Celiac community.

Thanks,

Kraft
