Our server was very informed about the GF menu, and after we ordered, the manager came over to talk to us about what they do in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination. He said that a manager stays in the kitchen while the GF food is being prepared to make sure that the cooks are taking all precautions. They have a dedicated area for preparing the food and they use disposable gloves. They even have dedicated pizza pans and serving plates. The manager came over to check on us twice to make sure everything was ok. My daughter had the pizza and she loved it. I had a huge salad and the Tuscan Tomato Bisque and they were delicious as well.
