Guest guest Posted June 2, 2010 Report Share Posted June 2, 2010 I have been diagnosed with Celiac and been gluten free for the last 2 years, tonight I ate some french fries and found out after eating them that they were seasoned with flour prior to frying. So far I feel fine, could I have been misdiagnosed or do others not have symptoms after having gluten by accident? Any suggestions/ideas would be great.
