seeking gf roommate in Oakland

Hi there,

Sorry for the cross-posts. I'm looking for a new roommate and thought it would

be great and convenient to live with someone else on the gf diet.

Here's the ad from craigslist, followed by a link to photos:

Come live in a handsome old house that has been divided into two apartments.

Beautiful woodwork throughout. Live with just one other roommate. Rent is

$797.50 a month and the deposit is $797.50. It's available July 1, or possibly

earlier if needed (maybe June 15).

and drawers.

*** Spacious living room, and large, two-room kitchen

*** Full bath with large tub and a half bath.

*** Located on a leafy, quiet one-way street near 42nd and Telegraph -- only

five blocks from MacArthur BART.

*** Temescal is a happening neighborhood -- a yoga studio and a new coffee shop

just opened around the corner. The neighborhood has all sorts of restaurants

from Korean and Japanese to pizza and Mexican.

*** It's also close to Hwys 24, 580 and 880, and major bus routes along

Telegraph and Broadway.

*** Driveway and on-street parking are available, and lots of storage too. Small

backyard.

*** Wireless Internet.

*** Nice neighbors.

*** Good landlord.

*** Lease is month-to-month at this point but someone who wants to stay a while

and make it home is preferred.

You would be living with me and my dog, a small spaniel mix who is very friendly

and well behaved. I'm a 41-year-old professional woman with progressive politics

and artistic interests and pursuits. Looking for a friendly, mature, laid-back
