Guest guest Posted October 22, 2002 Report Share Posted October 22, 2002 In regards to the 2 lists I started the discussion and it was NOT for this list it was for the dating list, so I think maybe she sent it to the wrong list. With airbags I sit close to the wheel and I think airbags for dwarfs is a Bad bad idea. Seatbelts should be worn as well no matter how close you sit to the wheel because sometimes a collision can happen on the side and throw you in the car. My car has passenger airbags and I won't even let my little average size cousins sit it in unless they are over a certain height. Have to remember airbag and car designs were not made to fit our bodies and if air bags are bad for kids that weigh or not as tall as what is suggested then some of us fit that too. CSI- it is funny how for once they try to say we are not handicapped then someone says well they didn't show how disabled we are. Or that it is bad to show that dwarfs have chips on their shoulders. It seems no matter what is done someone isn't happy. The fact is I am sure there are dwarfs out there that feel like that man. There are dwarfs out there that hate the way they are which has lead to alcoholism all the way to suicide yet no one wants to touch that subject. Now I agree that alot of us may not know dwarfs like that but to say that it isn't accurate is wrong. I think that Merediths part counteracted that mans part. The show by no means was perfect, heck I am a pseudo and I know they had them switched which I don't understand.
