Guest guest Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 I haven't heard back from anyone at the bakery, but I did find this in very small letters at the bottom of one of their website pages: For those who are highly sensitive to wheat flour, glutens, nuts or any other food allergens we suggest you do NOT risk eating our baked goods. I unfortunately agree. This illustrates why it is so important for the FDA to set regulations for what can and cannot be called gluten-free! Truly disappointing... Sent from my tin can and string.
