Okay, I stopped in to the new gluten-free bakery, Good Chemistry, again on Grand with my 3 year old daughter. We both tried their chocolate chip cookies. My daughter kept saying, "Yum"...I thought the same thing. The cookies are moist, soft, and taste like the real thing. *Finally*, no chalky after taste, and not hard!

This time, I did look at their hours (hidden on the front door, which is usually open)...I think it read, Mon-Wed 7am to 4pm and Thurs - Sat (or Sun) 8am to 5pm. Don't hold me to this, but I think this is how it read.

It's nice to know I have a place I can stop in and pick up breakfast before heading to work. :D

The New Busy is not the too busy. Combine all your e-mail accounts with Hotmail. Get busy.
