Guest guest
In this question I see that God is left out. As for me I would rather have GOD in control then Me!!!!!!!!! Today we are bombarded by > advertisements and movies with men and women with " perfect " airbrushed bodies > and the " perfect " clothing and etc. We do NOT live in a perfect world and as > far as I'm concerned " perfect " is a relative term. The point I am trying to make is laid out > perfectly in a short poem by Perl Kingsley that appears in a LPA > booklet " It's a whole new view " . The poem is entitled, " Welcome to Holland " . > Briefly, it tells the story about someone planning a trip to Italy, doing > all the reading and dreaming of what they are going to see but for some > reason, the plane lands in Holland instead. But that is the main point, there are beauties in Holland > that you never knew existed until you got there and looked around a bit. > It's a different view, not better than in Italy, just different !!! :-) > > > ---------------------------
Guest guest
I think I would take the pill if it would spare the child from physical pain and suffering but I would not take the pill if it would just eliminate being short statured. To me being short is not a medical problem. It is an obstacle that can be overcome albeit sometimes there is emotional pain involved in overcoming. However the process of overcoming brings great personal growth (no pun intended) and it is difficult to gain this type of growth any other way. ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET!
