Wow - I've eaten there once.  It may have been me that wrote the post.  I had an absolutely wonderful experience, everyone was knowledgeable.   I sat right in front of the kitchen, but I did not think twice about cross contamination.  Also, I'm incredibly g sensitive as well.

 

I'd absolutely say eating at other restaurants that aren't gluten friendly have much more risk than this one.  They work with vegetarians, vegans and gluten free...but there's always that chance.

 

If you go, I hope you have an amazing experience like I did.

We do make our own pizzas and many other things that contain gluten. Therefore, there is no way that I can guarantee you that cross contamination does not occur. If you have a very severe allergy, it may not be advisable for you to eat here, as the kitchen where your food will be prepared is not a gluten free kitchen.
