My dad took them and showed the instructor how to put them on. But I think he ended up going there each day and putting them on himself. The instructor took them off. I didn't drive with others in the car. When le went thru Sears driving school they said they thought they had pedal extensions at headquarters and would try to get them. I chose to use our own to make sure she got in on time and such. As it turned out the instructor was not real handy so I had him drive the car to our house and had (my son) put the extensions on. It turned out he had to switch around pedals from my van to their car because the one we had wasn't adjustable enough and totally hit their dashboard. Plus, there wasn't much room for the brake pedal because of the instructors extra panic brake pedal. moved his over somehow. The instructor finally saw the point of scheduling her to drive longer periods than they are used to doing. We have to be creative!
