Suggestions for Disney World

Hi,

 

We are going to Disney World in a week and a half.  I have found the link for special dietary restrictions http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/special-dietary-requests/ and it looks like many of their restaurants can accomodate gluten free and requests to call 14 days ahead.  I am going with a group so not sure where we will be eating and can't easily make reservations now.

 

So wondering...

*Have people eaten at the Disney World restaurants with success? Do the menus list GF items?  Do I have to make reservations in advance? How about the quick serve food?

*Are there any grocery stores with GF foods close by?
