Website lets you make your own GF cereal

Just saw this on the Celiac ICORs listserv and it's totally great news!

Custom Choice Cereal just came out with an interactive website where we can create our very own GF cereals. Here’s how it works.

Go to http://bit.ly/Custom_Choice_Cereal to start building your cereal from their wide variety of ingredients. (There are over 1.8 billion combination possibilities. Love it!) When you finish, give your cereal a cool name and they ship it to you.

All the ingredients are GF and tested, so there are no cross contamination worries and the site updates your cereal’s nutrition facts in real time to give you complete control over the nutritional value.

It’s a pretty awesome concept and hopefully more manufacturers will follow Custom Choice Cereal’s lead so we can have MORE variety in our GF diets.
