Guest guest Posted July 6, 2010 Report Share Posted July 6, 2010 Hi Everyone – Wondering if anyone has some flour mix ideas for those who cannot eat peanut, dairy, potato? I had been using a combination of brown rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch and then adding in ground almonds and flax seed but need to cut out or replace the potato starch. We mostly make pancakes, cookies brownies with this mix. Thanks any ideas ladies! Alternatively if there were mixes of this sort for purchase I’d be thrilled.
