Zest Bakery had their grand opening last night. We came a bit late so only got

a small sample of cheesecake and muffin. It was tasty! This morning we went

and got a poppyseed lemon muffin, which was delicious and still warm!

The kitchen is a dedicated kitchen.

The owner said it will be about a week before he's really up and running at 100%

so I'd wait to come over if you have a bit of a drive because the selection will

be limited.
