I've gotta say it's the bread I've been missing and longing for since going GF. It's hearty, filled with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, whole grain buckwheat, garbanzo, sorghum flours and other good stuff. I modified the package directions so that the bread was also egg free and dairy free as follows:1. substituted 2 eggs with: * 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal + 3 T hot water mixed thoroughly AND * 1 Tablespoon egg replacer product + 3 T hot water mixed thoroughly2. added 1 teaspoon coconut flour to absorb any additional moisture3. added egg substitutes to the other wet ingredients, then mix into dry ingredients * I beat it by hand, but you could also use your Kitchen Aide mixer4. baked the bread in my bread machine at the 90 minute setting, then cooled in the machine with door propped open slightlyIt slices beautifully and has a great flavor and texture.Enjoy!Bonnie Bonnie PrestiThe Sensitive Dinerwww.thesensitivediner.combonnie@...408-507-7037 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
