Guest guest
I asked Dr. Bassett why he felt the trampoline was so dangerous and he said that because has a relatively large head and a short neck she is more prone to neck injury if she should fall. I also got the impression that Dr. Bassett doesn't like the trampoline for any child, because he probably sees alot of trampoline injuries in his practice. Guest guest
It's not just Dr. Bassett. Any member of our MAB will tell you LP's should not use a trampoline under any circumstances. Not only is the larger head an issue, but the compression on the spine as one is coming on the down bounce . Also, many home owners insurance policies will not cover injuries sustained on trampolines.
