Gluten Free Summit in Corvallis, OR

Dear members of the Sprue Group of the SF Bay Area,

Due to your influential and supportive work for those with gluten intolerance and celiac disease, we would like to invite you and your group to the Northwest Gluten Free Summit, which will be held in Corvallis, Oregon, November 5th & 6th of this year.

The NW Gluten Free Summit is being hosted by the Gluten Free RN, Nadine Grzeskowiak, who began her work in gluten intolerance and celiac disease education after her own diagnosis. The overall lack of knowledge and support for the gluten free community led Nadine to create and implement the plans for the first Northwest Gluten Free Summit. The Summit will take place at Oregon State University in lovely Corvallis, Oregon, and provide an educational environment for health care professionals, patients, manufacturers, private business owners, chefs, food suppliers and families to collaborate and learn more about celiac disease and gluten intolerance directly from experts. Additionally, it is our goal that this conference showcase the naturally gluten free foods that are available in the area; breakfast, lunch, meal breaks and the Friday night dinner will include food prepared primarily with local resources.

It would be an honor to have you and members of your group attend this event and share in the experience. As Corvallis is located near the Pacific Ocean, mountains, and a wide array of environmental and historical places of interest, the trip to the Summit would provide not only education, but a beautiful and exciting experience.
