Gluten-Free Products at the Target Store in Oakridge (San )

The Target store at Oakridge Mall in San is expanding to include all

grocery items, i.e., produce, etc., that you would find in a regular

supermarket. The renovation should be completed by the end of July.

They have already expanded their grocery shelf items, which includes g-f items!

Gluten free crackers and granola bars can be found with regular crackers, and

g-f baking and flour mixtures such as Betty Crocker, Pamelas and Namaste can be

found with their regular baking mixes. My son works in their grocery department

and I told him to put in a word to order the g-f Bisquick! I am also having Nob

Hill Markets try to order it since they were the first I know of to get in the

g-f Betty Crocker mixes. If the g-f Bisquick comes in at either of these

places, I will pass the word.

Has anyone found it in San yet?
