Reporter's request -- story about new San bakery

Hello,

I'm a reporter for the Daily News based in Menlo Park and I am working on a

story about Zest Bakery, a new gluten-free bakery that just opened in San

. I'm interested in talking to folks who have experience with celiac

disease, especially those who live on the Peninsula or in Silicon Valley, about

how difficult (or easy!) it is to eat gluten-free in the area. I'd also like to

find out more about the resources that are available in the Bay Area for people

living with celiac disease.
