If you go across the street to Santana Row, there is a Counter Burger

and a Strait's Cafe. Both are gluten friendly. I have been to the

Counter Burger there and had no problems.

You said Bakery - don't know about bread, but Kara's Cupcakes in Santana Row has

gluten free cupcakes. Not just 1 flavor but 3 flavors!!
