A couple of folks recently asked for information about GF in Hawaii. Nailani Grace is the contact in Hawaii for information on Gluten-free places to eat. Nalani may refer you to other contacts depending on what Island you are going to, but she is the main point of contact.

It seems celiacs are heading to Hawaii in droves this summer. On Saturday our family is leaving for 3 weeks there; one week in Kona, one week in Hilo, and one week on the North Shore of Ohau.

I’ve gotten several recommendations already, but if anyone has had any really good experiences eating GF in any of those areas, let me know. I am particularly interested in finding a luau that we can eat safely at.
