Guest guest
My son (age 6) and I made GF Bisquick pizza last night. We followed the recipe on the box, adding basil to the mix for flavor as recommended. It was easy to make and handle with oiled hands. We also used an oiled baking sheet instead of a pizza pan. Instead of making the 12" crust, we made two smaller crusts and added our own toppings. The pizzas held their shape and were thin, crispy and didn't get soggy on the plate while we were eating. This is our new favorite pizza crust! We still have not tried BJ's pizza which many on this list seem to like. It is fun to order pizza out but the Bisquick pizza made a very quick and easy week night meal that my son could help with. My only issue is I wish it came in a bigger box. I think we have enough mix to make one more recipe. I hope this "review" helps everyone. Guest guest
Thanks that really helps. Maybe I will try and venture into the kitchen to try it out.
