Guest guest
I just discovered a recipe for " French Toast " with oatmeal that might be different enough for a breakfast. You make your oatmeal and pour it into a brownie pan or lasagna pan depending on how much you make and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning you remove the solid mass from the pan and cut into toast size pieces then again in half to form triangles. Put on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or until the outside gets crunchy and the middle is still moist. Pour on maple syrup or a fruit puree and enjoy! *You can add raisins to the oatmeal too when you make it. Chef Ramses Bravo' recipe. I haven't tried it but it sounds yummy.
