Guest guest
I'm 4'3 " tall and weigh 78 lbs. I'm still over-weight for someone proportioned, by about 5 lbs. This chart must be way, way off somehow. Perhaps?? Judi Weight Chart > I have a weight chart which I received from RGA. Guest guest
I am 4'4 and weigh in at about 92lbs which my doctor says is right on the money. When I was at 88 lbs she said I needed to gain a bit more weight. I believe that european chart is pretty close to the one I grew up with. Guest guest
Both my 15 year old son and myself are achon. Right now he's 3' 11 " ... I'm 3' 10 1/2 " and we both weigh 86-87lb. With as muscular as he is, he could even afford to be a pound or two heavier and still not appear overweight. And like several have pointed out on here, that chart was just a rough overall guideline as to what we should aim for..if we are so inclined to be concerned about weight and fitness. I don't really watch the scale..I just go by how I feel. I think American women imparticularly put too much stress on the idea that they 'have' to be thin to be accepted, even us lp's...same old story. I've been there, done that kind of thing, have been both overweight and anorexic and it's not worth the torture of putting oneself through that, all in the name of beauty and often times vanity. I don't like the word diet...who ever thought of that word anyway? A gradual lifestyle change seems to put less stress on the body anyway and it's ok to splurge or pigout every once in a while...I do it about once every two weeks and am still able to get away with it.. Just my two cents worth, Ann
Guest guest
I would like the USA weight chart as well, for anyone who has it! Thanks, Judy
Guest guest
Hi, I'm new...have been a part of this club for about week, I think. I'd also like a copy of that chart too. Guest guest
Hi, I have recently joined Weight Watchers and they are not sure what my ideal weight is, either do I for that matter. I know there was a weight chart going around last year but I never printed it. Can someone get it for me again ? Thanks, Tami
