denver/boulder restaurants

hey all,

i'm heading to denver and boulder in about a week. i know the infamous Udi's is

from denver, but besides their cafes, does anyone know of safe/gluten-free

friendly places to eat. i'm staying with friends so i will have access to a

kitchen, so will probably cook and eat-in mostly, but I'm sure my friends will

want to go out at some point. I checked yelp for gluten free in those areas and

gffoodie.com, but I'd rather here from personal experiences there.
