Mallorca's g-f pasta featured on View from the Bay!

I found a video featuring Mallorca making g-f pasta on the Adventures

of a Gluten Free Mom blog. It is our very own Mallorca (I believe

she lives in SF)appearing on View from the Bay not only demonstrating how to

make g-f pasta, but promoting her book Gluten-Free Italian. It was a treat to

watch her on the video making g-f pasta because she makes it look so darn easy!
