Well, raw is best... try this... chop it up, put in on a spoon, take the dose and follow with a apple juice chaser....

HI Suzie

I found garlic soooo hard to take this way. I could hardly swallow without gagging. I just added more to my TT and I thought I could get the garlic that way. Is this alright or should I still be swallowing the clove?

Yes Persian, this is true... that is why when taking garlic cloves you always slice, cut up or chew before swallowing.

I love garlic. You can mince it and toss with some fresh veggies or home made pasta :) OR coat it with olive oil and put it in the other end heh.

I use garlic in everything too. In addition when taking for medicine I

simply chop the cloves- 1-2 and swallow the pieces like I would a pill

with a tall glass of warm water. The garlic works beautifully and there

is little odor without chewing.

Quite the contrary. TT has all the benefits of the garlic as it is

tinctured in the ACV. The ACV carries all the goodies from the onions,

garlic, horseradish and ginger plus the cayenne along with anything else

you want to add like turmeric, ransoms, black walnut hulls, kelp, etc.

Hmmmm.. kelp, now there's a thought.

Peace, love and light,
